David M. Hellman is President and sole owner of Marin County Exchange Corporation. He is an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. David Hellman is a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, and also licensed to practice law in Connecticut. He consults with clients as needed in the planning process for their exchanges, and provides clients with the assurance that their transactions will be guided expertly through to their desired conclusion.
Nadya K. Mogilev
Nadya K. Mogilev, Vice President of Marin County Exchange Corporation, has an extensive background in real estate. She has worked for Marin County Exchange Corporation since 1996, and prior to that she was a real estate agent for eight years. With her extensive background in real estate and legal drafting, she lends her expertise in preparing all documents required for an exchange. She communicates with the exchanger, title companies, real estate brokers and agents, financial advisors, and any other parties to a transaction to ascertain the needs of the particular exchange and obtain the information necessary to complete the transaction professionally and satisfactorily.
